📣 Exciting Update: Our 6-Week Yin Yoga Course is Moving Online! 📣

Starting November 13, our cozy 6-week Yin Yoga journey will now be offered online via Zoom! 🌐 This change makes it easier for you to join from the comfort of home—same time, same content, just a bit more accessible for everyone.

💫 What to Expect:
Each week, we’ll explore a yin-based yoga practice, perfect for grounding and relaxation as we move through autumn into winter. Yin is a slower, meditative style that focuses on longer holds, targeting deep connective tissues for better flexibility, circulation, and a greater sense of calm.

🍂 Why Yin Yoga in Autumn & Winter?
With the season naturally slowing down, Yin yoga helps us pause and find balance within. It’s an ideal way to reduce seasonal stress, ease into the holiday season, and enjoy some much-needed self-care during the colder months.

Start Date: November 13
Duration: 6 weeks, finishing just before Christmas
Platform: Zoom (link will be shared with you upon registration)
All you need is a quiet space, and you’re ready to join from anywhere!

🧘‍♀️ Yoga at Perranporth Promenade Rooms 🧘‍♂️

Starting 13th November for 6 weeks, join me for a yin-based yoga journey designed to nourish and ground you through the autumn and into winter.

Yin is a slower, meditative practice that involves holding postures for longer periods to target deep connective tissues. This practice encourages relaxation, enhances circulation, and helps with flexibility—ideal for the colder months when our bodies crave warmth and grounding.

As nature slows down, Yin yoga helps us turn inward, fostering a sense of balance and calm during the darker months. This practice is perfect for reducing seasonal stress and preparing the body and mind for the season.

We’ll finish just before Xmas , after which I’ll pause weekly classes to focus on upcoming workshops—and preparing for new little one! so keep eyes peeled for info on pop ups, day retreats and workshops.

I am back after August time off.
I’m excited to announce that we’ll be kicking off the month with a special 4-week Inversions Mini-Course starting Wednesday 4th September. This course is designed to help you deepen your practice by focusing on inversions—poses that take you upside down, like headstands, shoulder stands, and forearm balances. But still allowing for your own body and where it wants to be within these limits.

Why Practice Inversions?
Inversions offer a unique combination of physical and mental benefits. They not only help build strength and flexibility but also improve circulation, boost your mood, and enhance concentration. Plus, inversions are a great way to challenge yourself and add a fun twist to your yoga routine!

Schedule Update
We’re back in action for September before we take a short break in October. Following the break, our full autumn/winter timetable will resume from November, offering a wider range of classes to support your ongoing practice. Keep an eye open for morning class schedule coming soon and weekend workshops!

I am back after August time off.

🌞✨ Join Us for Reconnect Mornings! ✨🌞 Fridays: 10am-1pm in St Austell.

Last week marked our first reconnect session of the summer, and it was absolutely amazing! Despite being a smaller group than expected, the vibe was incredible!

🧘‍♀️ Hidden School Yoga kicked things off with a grounding meditation on the beach, and yoga, soaking in the sun's warm rays.

🌊 Then, Kathy King led us on a serene paddleboard adventure. The water was so clear and twinkly!

☕️ We wrapped up with a hot drink from Pentewan Beach and had a heartfelt check-in with our emotions. Not surprisingly, everyone felt happier, more confident, and less anxious by the end of our session.

We still have spots available for the next 4 weeks for young women aged 18-25. If you’re up for kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, and yoga on the beach, come join the fun! The feel-good factor is off the charts! 🎉
