Starting November 13, our cozy 6-week Yin Yoga journey will now be offered online via Zoom! 🌐 This change makes it easier for you to join from the comfort of home—same time, same content, just a bit more accessible for everyone.
💫 What to Expect:
Each week, we’ll explore a yin-based yoga practice, perfect for grounding and relaxation as we move through autumn into winter. Yin is a slower, meditative style that focuses on longer holds, targeting deep connective tissues for better flexibility, circulation, and a greater sense of calm.
🍂 Why Yin Yoga in Autumn & Winter?
With the season naturally slowing down, Yin yoga helps us pause and find balance within. It’s an ideal way to reduce seasonal stress, ease into the holiday season, and enjoy some much-needed self-care during the colder months.
