Positive Change Solution Focused Psychotherapy looks at what you want to achieve through focusing on solutions rather than what has happened in the past.

My name is Lindsay and I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, which means I combine Talking Therapy with deep relaxation; helping people to reach their goals by focusing on the present and future, rather than past events. I will ask you to focus on the goals you would like to achieve to reach the future you want. What would be better if your problems improved? What would have changed if you woke up tomorrow and your life was the way you wanted it? Hypnosis is a completely natural trance state, which we will all enter several times each day without necessarily noticing. No one can be hypnotised against their will and despite what is sometimes on television, I cannot make a person do anything that they do not want to. During hypnosis you are aware of everything around you and you remain in complete control. It is simply a deep state of trance/relaxation, similar to daydreaming or meditation. We all have the necessary skills and strength within us to achieve everything we wish to in life. Whatever it is you would like to achieve, we will work together to reach your goals, help you find happiness and feel like you again
