Pritpal began his pre-reg here in 2002 and took over the practice in 2013. He brings a huge depth of knowledge (about pretty much everything… often annoyingly so!) and takes great pride and care in his work.

Laura has been part of the Peter Smith Opticians team for 8 years and has over 20 years’ experience in optics. She’s known for her friendly manner and the care she takes to make every eye examination relaxed and thorough.

As 2025 comes to an end, we’re reflecting on what an amazing year it’s been for Peter Smith Opticians. From moving into our new premises and welcoming new brands and patients, to introducing new technology and spending great times together as a team, it’s been a year to remember. We were delighted to welcome Kacper to the team and are incredibly proud of Shannon for qualifying as a Dispensing Optician. A huge thank you to our wonderful staff for their hard work and to our loyal patients for your continued support — we couldn’t do it without you! 💙
