Just need to shout out one of my clients because honestly… she’s been smashing it in every single way.
Started at 107kg (16st 12lbs), now 99.6kg (15st 9lbs). That in itself is incredible, but it’s everything else that’s blown me away.
Couldn’t do a sit-up before. Now? Reps on reps on reps.
Burpees? Nope. Now? She’s flying through them.
Cardio was tough, now she’s a machine.
Strength? Through the roof. Shrugging off half the stuff I throw at her these days 😂
She’s not just changed physically (which has been insane, by the way), but her confidence, effort and energy inside the gym and outside of it, next level.
We had a 3-week break between rounds where she refed, maintained and stayed consistent. No dramas. No panic. Just doing the work.
Just ditched the ultra-processed stuff, kept in a few off-plan meals to stay sane, stayed active, stayed hungry for it… and now we’re already at the end of Week 2 of the next 6.
You’ve grafted for this. And you’ve made it look easy.
