Pam is a holistic Nutritional Therapist and Wellbeing Coach and passionately believes that there is not just one solution, or one pill for an ill. Pam offers a wider, more inclusive approach to navigating health challenges with a myriad of opportunities to develop a curiosity-driven, explorative approach in creating a wealth of health and well-being in a way that feels true to you. Pam has a special interest in perimenopause but supports men and women of all ages with issues ranging from weight loss, hormonal imbalance, gut disturbance, sleep issues, depleted energy, low mood, healthful aging amongst many other issues. She is available for appointments on a Friday.
