THE ELEMENTS OF YOGA

Mindfulness ~ to be fully present;

I will be starting a new term of Pranayama Yoga & Meditation; Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Baths; Dowsing for Health and Healing and Oracle Card Readings at The Art of Wellbeing Centre. I have been practising Pranayama Yoga for nearly 30 years and it has become a way of life. Also Dowsing and Oracle Card Reading for 20 years. I have recently successfully completed the Crystal Bowl Mastery Course in Sedona, Arizona with the best teacher Ashana. I will be starting a new six week term of Pranayama Yoga and Meditation classes. I have availability for Yoga on Monday @ 1000-1130, Thursday @ 1800-1930 and Meditation on Thursday @ 1000-1100. I want to start two more classes on a Tuesday evening and Friday morning. New studio, new classes and a wonderful place to be.

Pranayama Yoga is the 'art of relaxation' and is a means of achieving peace of mind. It enables you to have the energy to cope with all the demands made upon you and to face them with serenity. It is a way of life.

I first started practicing Pranayama Yoga in 1996 and found it life-enhancing. I wanted to share my positive experience with others. In 2002 I received one-to-one tutoring in readiness to teach the movements, breathing and philosophy of Pranayama Yoga. Now, I practice at The Art of Wellbeing Centre in Pershore.
