Pranayama Yoga is the 'art of relaxation' and is a means of achieving peace of mind. It enables you to have the energy to cope with all the demands made upon you and to face them with serenity. It is a way of life.
I first started practicing Pranayama Yoga in 1996 and found it life-enhancing. I wanted to share my positive experience with others. In 2002 I received one-to-one tutoring in readiness to teach the movements, breathing and philosophy of Pranayama Yoga. Now, I practice at The Art of Wellbeing Centre in Pershore.
