✨💜Update💜✨

Hello lovely followers 👋🏼

You haven’t heard from me in a while!

Unfortunately I am writing this post to explain that after 7 years of instructing yoga, for the time being I won’t be returning to teach yoga classes.

I’ve made time for my personal yoga practise and now appreciating the benefits this has to my life, I want to continue pursuing this path on my yoga journey.

I’ve also taken on a few personal projects which fill up my remaining time.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your devotion and loyalty to my classes, thank you for coming along with me on my journey. I will certainly miss your faces in front of me every Tuesday.

Any questions, my inbox is always open.

Everything is temporary, let’s see what the future holds.

Namaste
🙏🏼💜

To my wonderful Yoga students…

As there are lots of holidays, and lots of lovely weather at this time of year, I’m going to take opportunity of this quiet time to give my Tuesday class a summer break throughout July and August.

During these weeks I will be using my Tuesdays for other commitments, so this time away also allows me to evaluate and see if classes can return to normal in September, but for time being Tuesday class is on hold ✋🏼

I miss you all lots and I hope I can see you again after the summer ☀️💜

About Me

I have been a Yogini for 6 years, 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do for 12 years. In January 2017 I qualified as an official Yoga instructor with Red Kite Yoga and Orange Yoga School, I then went on to register with Yoga Alliance and start my journey as a Yoga Teacher. I also studied Sports Science at A level and after following my passion for sports/exercise, I've fused together my knowledge of the body and the enjoyment of relaxation/ mindfulness, to create my own classes of yoga suitable for all yoga bodies and minds. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate yogi looking to refresh everyone is welcome.

Following a long search for a place to begin my teachings, I settled well into a local village hall, where I now teach people all in different stages of their yoga journey. I relish the chance to spread my love of yoga to others and look forward to seeing everyone on their mats each week. Seeing improvements of students, in body and mind is extremely rewarding and spurs me on to continue learning and teaching.

Whilst I enjoy teaching, I am still very much a student in Yoga, I continue to learn by attending workshops around the UK. Grabbing every chance I can to understand my personal yoga journey further, and develop my teaching skills, I of course cannot wait to pass on new teachings from others to my students.

Each day I am still learning more about my Yoga journey, I’m excited for the future and what it holds, not only as a yoga teacher but still also a yoga student. - It’s all about the journey, not the destination.
