"IT'S A MIRACLE! I just can't believe it!" These were the first words uttered by a 74 year old female client this week.
She had been suffering with severe SCIATIC PAIN for over a year, was struggling to get out of bed, walk, climb the stairs or get into her garden.
After months of trying several other forms of treatment, she arrived at The Bowen Clinic as a last resort.
After only 3 treatments, she had been pain free for several days and spent the morning walking around shops with friends.
I was close to tears as she sashayed up the path saying "look at me!".

My passion for the Bowen Technique began 15 years ago and is rooted in my personal experience of how my health improved beyond measure when I discovered this unique form of holistic therapy.

I had a car accident whiplash injury and suffered neck pain for 20 years, then later experienced 18 months of crippling back and sciatic pain caused by a herniated disc. My life as I knew it stopped! I explored almost every form of treatment, both conventional and complementary. Some therapies brought me temporary relief, but I nothing long-term.

A nurse recommended I try Bowen Therapy, this is where my life changed! My long-term neck issue was resolved, I had a significant reduction in sciatic pain within 4 weeks and was totally pain free in 4 months. As a veteran of numerous different therapies, I was astounded how such a simple and gentle treatment, that did not crunch or crack, solved my long-standing issues.

I was hooked! My fascination in the Bowen Technique began and continues to this day. I qualified in 2014 and have since undertaken many advanced and specialist courses.
The thing I like most about my vocation is being able to help people, young and old, improve their health and body function. I am fortunate to enjoy what I do and be able to make such a positive difference to people’s lives - I just want to continue to try to make a difference.
