A Women’s Wellness Evening for Peri-Menopause & Beyond
Bite into Balance, Breath, and Bliss

We’re beyond excited to share that The Klub is teaming up with the incredible Mandy Arthur to bring you a special evening of wellness, connection, and calm designed especially for women navigating peri-menopause and beyond.

This is more than just an event — it’s an evening to honour where you are, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported by a community that gets it. Mandy is not only a world-renowned yoga teacher with a wealth of knowledge, but she’s also someone I’m proud to call a friend. Her calming presence and deep understanding of women’s wellness is a true gift.

🍏 What’s in store…

6:30 PM – Sip & Settle
Arrive, unwind, and hear a heartfelt intro to Mandy’s story and her mission to empower women in this important life phase.

7:00 – 8:00 PM – Core to Calm
Gentle yoga and breathwork focused on hormonal balance — supporting hot flushes, anxiety, aching joints, and fluctuating energy.

8:00 – 8:15 PM – Herbal Tea & Time Out
Take a breather. Sip herbal tea, connect, and share with others in a cosy, welcoming space.

8:15 – 9:00 PM – Stillness & Surrender
Lie back and melt into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful guided meditation to soothe the nervous system and support restful sleep.

This evening is your invitation to reset, reconnect, and replenish.

Places will be limited, and we’d love for you to be there. 💚

🌿 Spring Renewal in NEOM 🌿

“From sole to soul, we are refreshed.”

Over four special weeks, I’ve had the honour of guiding a group of open-hearted women through a deeply nourishing Spring Renewal journey — rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine’s wood element and the healing energy of liver and gallbladder meridians.

Each week brought a new focus and fresh energy:

🌀 Week 1: Qi Gong, gentle twists, and moving meditations to awaken inner spring and shake off winter stagnation
🌻 Week 2: Drawing strength from the sunflower — rooted, resilient, and reaching for the light, with breathwork and affirmations to release anger and plant seeds of intention
🕯 Week 3: Eye health, clarity, and vision — with candle gazing meditation, drishti (focused gaze) in asana, and a cooling, grounding flow
🏞 Week 4: Our finale — a spa-inspired, retreat-style morning by the pool, overlooking the majestic NEOM mountains…
→ Detox green juice
→ Restorative yoga
→ Breathwork
→ A homemade lemon + rosemary foot scrub ritual
→ And the deepest savasana under the shade and sky

Each session wove together body, breath, energy, emotion, connection, and pause.
This series wasn’t just about yoga poses — it was about offering experiences that invite women to slow down, tune in, and truly listen to themselves.

I’m beyond grateful to these women for showing up — curious, courageous, and open to every new idea I brought into the space. You’ve inspired me as much as I’ve guided you.

Another amazing opportunity working with kids again, not worked with this age group for a few years !

✨ Tween Yoga & Mindfulness: A 4-Week Inner Journey ✨

Over the past month, the brilliant tween girls I have had the delight to work with have stepped into a new “chamber” of their inner world each week—discovering calm, confidence, and self-love along the way 💫

🧠 Week 1: The Chamber of Gratitude
We opened our journals and hearts to appreciate life’s little joys 🌈

💛 Week 2: The Chamber of Confidence
With study breathwork and strong affirmations, we built inner strength and calm before exams 💬🌬️

❤️ Week 3: The Chamber of Self-Love & Respect
“I Am” wooden hearts became reminders of their unique worth and kind inner voice 🎨

🌙 Week 4: The Chamber of Dreams
A magical close: dreamcatchers, calming yoga, Imaginarium sleep meditation, muscle-melting relaxation, and bedtime breathwork to support restful sleep ✨🛌

🧘‍♀️ Happy, relaxed tweens.
