Well done everyone !

Lovely post walk Coffee and delicious Banana Bread at the ‘North Street Cafe’ too.

We all go through some type of ‘storm’ in Life.
Some may be struggling now or be about to encounter some upcoming hurdles in life.

Please remember to check in on yourself from time to time❤️👌
Fresh air, gentle exercise and some good conversation..always helps.

Team Bag O Chips, we are walking tomorrow at our usual time, meeting at 10am outside Bells Sports Centre in Perth.

Rain or Shine..we walk.

If you need an excuse to get outside for some fresh air and some gentle exercise.
Why not come and join us ?

Our Walk is open to Men & Women, aged 18 and over.

You can walk at your own pace, you don’t have to talk if you don’t feel like it ❤️
We will have someone Walk with you and you might even have a laugh and giggle along the way at some of our awful jokes🥰

Please Please Please ❤️ don’t ever struggle on your own.

Back to Work this Week, with the ‘Bag O Chips’ Group Walk & Talk.

Another two laps of Perth’s, North Inch done in the glorious Sunshine.
Well done everyone ❤️👌

Got the ‘Scone Club’ together too, after the Walk.
Treated Big Steve to the biggest Scone available 🥰 as he walked on his own last week, as all the volunteers were preoccupied.

‘Team Bag O Chips Group Walk & Talk’.

Great effort this morning everyone.
The Weather stayed on our side and remained very comfortable for our ‘steps’.

Lovely that many folks that are also out on the Inch, very often stop to chat and share a laugh with us too❤️👌

Great to meet you Mr Mortimer, had to get a photae for the ‘Craigie Young Team❤️’.

We Walk every Wednesday without fail, meeting at 10am outside Bells Sports Centre in Perth.
We have been Walking as a Group for nearly Four Years now!

You don’t have to be struggling to join us.
It’s a great way to take in some gentle outdoor exercise, with some friendly conversation and company along the way.
Just wjat the Doctor would order !
