We are so excited to welcome Martyna from Positive Roots here at Ramana 🧡

Martyna is a nervous system–informed facial practitioner and founder of Positive Roots. She offers slow, therapeutic facial treatments using organic skincare, designed to support relaxation, skin health and overall wellbeing. Her work is especially suited to women with sensitive or compromised health, including autoimmune conditions, pregnancy and TTC, with treatments adapted to be safe, gentle and supportive. Her practice provides a calm, professional space for women seeking restorative, body-based care.

She offers a calm, professional space where women can relax, soften tension, and reconnect with themselves through therapeutic touch and organic skincare.

Martyna is the founder of Positive Roots, offering slow, organic therapeutic facials designed to support both skin health and nervous system wellbeing through gentle, restorative care.

Positive Roots was created from her own personal experience of living with compromised health, which helped her understand how important it is to feel safe, supported and cared for in your body. This journey shaped her mission to offer treatments that are truly gentle, calming and adapted to support other women who may also be navigating stress, burnout, sensitive health, pregnancy, TTC protocols, menopause or simply the need for deep rest.

Silvia Whiteley Art NEW 2026 Calendar is now available for PREORDER!!

I have worked so bloody hard to make this happen, year after year I mean to make a calendar but never want to do it with old artwork so this time I’ve done it!! Filled with new artwork, I didn’t just create the artwork but I did everything bar printing the thing, I’ve checked the date layouts around 728 times to make sure they are correct. This has been a labour of love but I’m so excited it’s all come together and I just hope you all love it! Never been so nervous about a product.. supposed I’ve never had a product that expires 🤣 So with that.. if you are in the market for a calendar or think someone would love one as a gift I’d be SO appreciative if you chose mine.

We are delighted to announce that Fitness Training Scotland will be holding their training course here at The Ramana wellness studio! 🙏🏼

Fitness Training Scotland are proud to support the development of professional Pilates Instructors with the launch of our Active IQ L3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates (Matwork) qualification in Perth in October 2025.

After consultation and feedback from our team of tutors, assessors, IQA’s, our EQA and our learners, we have created a comprehensive course, of the highest standards, that will be completed over 4-weekends, over a period of 3-months, to allow the best learning opportunity and experience for our learners.

The course will be led by our highly experienced Pilates Instructor and Tutor/Assessor Dawn Gillies.

Dawn is highly respected in the industry with a vast depth of knowledge of Pilates, a hands-on teaching style, and a commitment to empowering others through movement.

You will be in great hands across your Pilates journey which begins with Fitness Training Scotland in October 25.
