It has been ridiculously quiet on my socials of late, and I am truly sorry! I have no excuse, except for.. nope.. nothing.

✨ I'm still here though, working away and doing my best ✨

Honestly feel like a new life has sprung, this week- so thankful to see the back of January and February - these lighter mornings and evenings are really helping with my mood 🌞

You may notice a little furniture change around in the sanctuary, but I promise this is all that has changed!

Things that haven't changed:
- the awesome service
- the changeable music choice
- the randomness of the conversation
- the terrible sense of humour

Also- who else loves my under plinth lights?!

What are they? As a trained and certified Sports Therapist mobilisations are a key treatment in the clinic if your struggling with joint movement, or joint stiffness.

Does it hurt? Mobilisations are a very gentle but deliberate process - completely client led, and carried out within a pain free range. Combined with Soft Tissue Techniques.

How to book? Sports massage is the best option, carrying out range of motion assessments pre and post treatment.
Exercises and resistance bands are also given to help you with self directed treatment at home.
