It’s about education, support and learning how to make better choices that actually fit into your lifestyle.

Because real life includes:

We’ve officially launched our brand new Rodney Fitness Centre page—where we’ll be sharing everything related to the open gym, facility updates, memberships, classes, and more.

This page will now transition into Rodney Fitness Group Personal Training, with a stronger focus on our coached sessions, client journeys, support, and results.

While there are now two centres, the heart behind what we do remains exactly the same.

Rodney Fitness Centre is perfect for those wanting the freedom to train independently, build routine, and stay motivated in a premium environment.
