2️⃣ Sustainability - We help you create a programme which is sustainable and that is tailored to you and your lifestyle so you’re more likely to keep going.

3️⃣ Enjoyment - it has to be fun. Fall in love with the process, not the result.

✨ Client Spotlight: Strength in Every Sense ✨

We’re so proud to celebrate one of our amazing KCPT members, Lindsay, who just hit not one, but two major milestones — building her physical strength and publishing her very first book! 💪📕

After working on her manuscript for six years, Lindsay came to us wanting to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident before releasing her debut. And wow, did she show up and do the work.

In her own words:

“I chatted with Claire a few months ago about wanting to feel healthier and more confident about myself before my first book came out, as it’s been a life-long dream of mine… I’ve discovered muscles I didn’t know existed, had fantastic instructors like John and Claire, and I actually look forward to going to the gym now (which is something I never thought I’d say!). Most importantly, it’s given me the confidence to go out and do something I never thought I would.”

We are beyond thrilled for Lindsay — not just for her incredible transformation in the gym, but for chasing her dream and making it happen. 🙌❤

Thanks to everyone who donated!

So far we have raised £1500 which is incredible!

Unfortunately the jump was cancelled today due to high winds.

When it comes to events like this safety comes first and foremost.

We arrived at 8am and then did our safety training but at 11am the winds were forecast to be too strong.

We do have details and opportunities to do this again so I will trying to get booked in as soon as possible.

I’m taking the ultimate leap and skydiving in aid of Cash for Kids on 27th July!

This Sunday!

At 42 years old, I’m taking on a new kind of challenge—skydiving—for a cause that’s close to my heart.

As a personal trainer and business owner, I’ve spent years helping hundreds of people in our local community transform their lives through sustainable fitness and a healthier lifestyle.

My mission has always been about more than just fitness; it’s about building a legacy—not just for my family, but for the wider community I’m proud to serve.

While growing my business, I remain committed to giving back whenever I can. That’s why I’m supporting Cash for Kids—a charity that works tirelessly to ensure children in our area have the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

Every child deserves the chance to live their best life, and with your help, we can make that possible.

“I was not a person who attended gyms … now I can’t think about not coming to the gym.”

Being consistent with sessions will pave the way for you to see progress within yourself!

Even when life is busy, turning up and holding yourself accountable will enable you to see improvement in both physical and mental health.

Becoming consistent with training along with including :
👣 daily steps
🍗 protein sources in each meal
🍏 a mix of fruit and vegetables
🚰 increased water intake
😴 a consistent sleeping schedule
