When did you know you wanted to become a PT?
🏋️‍♀️ “I knew I wanted to become a PT when I made a real difference in my own life. Fitness changes so many aspects of who you are — I wanted to help others believe in themselves and build healthier habits that last a lifetime.”

Who inspired or supported you along the way?
❤️ “The support from once being a member to becoming a personal trainer has been amazing — from both the PTs and members. Everyone has been so encouraging.”

Most memorable moment as a trainer?
🔥 “It’s all been amazing so far, but my favourite moment has to be taking my first Hyrox group a few weeks ago!”

At KCPT, we believe that helping young people build a healthy relationship with exercise early on sets them up for life.

Our Teen Sessions are designed for ages 10–16, running every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Each session focuses on developing safe movement patterns, strength, and confidence — all within a fun and supportive atmosphere.

We combine expert coaching, nutrition guidance, and a positive, community-focused environment to help our young members build habits that last.

These sessions are the perfect way to encourage young people to move more, stay active, and do it all with the right supervision and long-term support.

🌟 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: CHLOE 🌟

When Chloe first joined KCPT, her goal was simple — to be fit for 40, to feel less self-conscious, and to finally feel confident both in herself and in what she was doing at the gym.

Like many of us, Chloe had tried various gyms over the years but found it hard to stay consistent without the right support, structure, and motivation. This time, she made it her mission to do things differently — and what a journey it’s been!

Over nearly two years of 1-to-1 training with John, Chloe has faced her share of challenges, including some health issues along the way. Living with bipolar and ADHD, staying consistent hasn’t always been easy — but she’s shown incredible determination and commitment to keep going.

Now, almost two years on, Chloe has built strength, confidence, and a healthier mindset toward training. She’s not only achieved her “fit for 40” goal — she’s surpassed it. 🙌

Her transformation is about so much more than the physical changes (though the before and after photos speak volumes!). It’s the confidence, energy, and radiance that truly shine through.

We couldn’t be prouder of how far Chloe has come — she’s a true example of what’s possible when you stay consistent, trust the process, and believe in yourself. ❤️

When did you know you wanted to become a PT?
🏋️ “I’d been attending gyms for my own fitness for years, then a family member opened their own fitness club. They encouraged me to ‘go for it’ — and I’m glad I did!”

Who inspired or supported you along the way?
💪 “Family… all the way.”

Most memorable part of being a trainer?
🔥 “Seeing others progress in their fitness, strength, and confidence — achieving more than they thought possible and becoming genuinely happier overall. That’s what it’s all about.”
