A friend sent me this recently. The Train Station Theory, a perspective on relationships. So, so wise. Life is a journey, and friendships come and go. The bit that got me the most about these words were “it’s not your job to chase them down the platform”. If friends leave, let them. It’s their choice. And don’t beat yourself up about it, just let them walk away down the platform. To those that need to read/hear this, I send love xx
