That said it’s a flowing style that incorporates pranayama (breathing bits) asana ( making shapes with your body) positive affirmations and mantra, relaxation, coordination and strength stuff and fun. Most of all Grow Yoga is about you connecting with that part of you that is pure peace/joy/love/acceptance/awesomeness (yep it’s in there)

My name is Martine de Lacy and I've been teaching for about 16 years after training in Perth, WA. I moved to the beautiful island of Tassie with my fam in 2010 and now I teach in Riverside and Perth,(yep there’s one over here too), suburbs that are just north and south of Launceston. Yoga is awesome, it covers the whole make up of human existence

whatever you feel you need on the day. Each class is different and I often don’t know what will unfold until I’m there in the room with you, keeping it fresh and unique, with space for you to Grow. EVERYONE is welcome, you don't have to be super bendy or completely zen,
