It was a full house in Perth Civic Hall to hear all about river restoration, plantations in ancient woodlands, and rewilding activities on some of Perthshire estates.

It is always great to hear about the conservation and biodiversity projects in our region and to share our experiences as we do our part for nature restoration

🏅My Level 3 Sports Massage qualification
at London School of Massage, is underway, building on my knowledge to support your recovery, performance, and wellbeing even more effectively.

🏉 I’m also off on an exciting trip to France, where I’ll be reconnecting with family and taking the opportunity to watch Toulouse Rugby.

🎶 Then the first music festival of the year at Skye Live.
