Had a brilliant day yesterday at Scone Palace for P.E. with Joe Wicks. My legs are feeling it today though after attempting squats while holding a toddler!

My diary is starting to really fill up for June, even with the extra days added, especially evenings and Saturdays.

I am often getting messages with requests for last minute appointments but unfortunately I don’t often have much left to choose from.
