About your therapist

I have been a Sports Massage therapist since 2017. Sport has been a large part of my life and this sparked an interest in the health and wellbeing of the body which lead me to Sports Massage. Everyone can benefit from manual therapy, no matter how they lead their lives.

Your first initial appointment is up to an hour. This includes; assessment, massage and advice on necessary stretches/exercises, for you to complete at home. Follow up appointments are between 30-45 minutes.

I use a range of modalities depending on your needs. These are currently made up of; - Myofascial release - Deep Tissue Massage - Cupping therapy - PNF Stretching - Taping and Strapping - Sports Massage.

Furthermore, I am a level 2 Fitness instructor which enables me to advise on stretches and mobility based exercises.
