People sometimes assume that if you build a successful clinic or academy, your whole life must revolve around work.
It doesn’t.
Yes, I’m an aesthetic nurse prescriber.
Yes, I run a business.
Yes, I’m ambitious.
But I’m also a mum who wants to be present.
A wife who values time at home.
A friend who loves a girls’ trip.
Someone who needs sunshine, laughter and moments that have nothing to do with injectables.
That’s exactly why I built this.
Not to work every hour.
Not to prove a point.
Not to be “busy” all the time.
But to create choice.
There were sacrifices in the beginning - studying multiple degrees, reinvesting money back into courses, saying no to short-term comfort. But the goal was never to build a life that felt heavy.
It was to build a business that supports my life - not replaces it.
And that’s what I teach.
Aesthetics isn’t about escaping nursing because you’re exhausted. It’s about stepping into something that allows you to design your week differently. To earn in a way that reflects your skill. To create space for school runs, holidays, self-care, and the version of you that exists outside of your job title.
If you’re a nurse craving more, it doesn’t mean you want to work more.
It usually means you want more freedom.
And that is a very different mindset.
