Diet World Thinking:
โWell, thatโs Bonfire Night over for another year ๐ฅ
Hey-hoโฆ itโs nearly Christmas! ๐
Itโs so flippinโ cold, my body clearly NEEDS comfort food just to survive ๐ฅถ
And with Christmas parties around the corner, whatโs the point in dieting?
Lifeโs too short to be miserable โ might as well quit until next year ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Iโll start again in Springโฆโ ๐
(โฆconveniently forgetting that last Spring I said I couldnโt diet because I wanted to enjoy pub gardens and BBQs! ๐
)

My Thinking Now:
There are 8 weeks left until the end of the year โ thatโs 8 weeks of opportunity โจ
Yes, Iโve got more social plans coming upโฆ
But my reasons for wanting to feel healthier and happier havenโt changed ๐
If I give up now, Iโll 100% regret it in January.
If I give up now, Iโll probably gain half a stone (letโs be honest ๐ฌ).
But if I keep going โ even with a few off-plan days โ I could lose half a stone (or more!) before the yearโs out ๐ฏ
So whatโs the point in giving up?
๐ Iโm the point.
This time, Iโm doing it differently.
The only thing Iโm quitting is that old โall or nothingโ mindset ๐
โโ๏ธ
I donโt have to be perfect.
Thatโs the beauty of The 1:1 Diet โ itโs flexible and fits real life!
So Iโm making a plan:
โ
Decide which Step Iโll be on each day
โ
Plan my off-plan occasions
โ
Share it with my Consultant for accountability
Because lifeโs too short to give up on yourself. โค๏ธ
Come 1st January, I want to wake up feeling proud, not regretful.
And that starts with the choices I make today. ๐ชโจ
