We’ve recently been given some updates on plants bought by staffs’ family members and we are loving the progress shots!! 🤳📸
It’s so heartwarming to see the progress of plants from seed, all whilst knowing that these plants were started by our amazing clients and volunteers. What an amazing community we have 🥰🥹

Reminicing on last Fridays Wild Wellbeing Workshop with Clare from Wild Workforce at Kinnoull Woodlands. 🌲🌳
We took part in activities such as playing hide and seek 🥷. Throwing competitions, making pictures from foraged plants material 🌿and making swords!! ⚔️
We had so much fun and felt good whilst connecting with nature. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
We had an amazing time. Thank you, Clare we loved it ✨💕

A warm welcome to our new social work student Kirstin!! 🥳🥳
Kirstin is studying at Stirling university and will be developing her social work skills and supporting the service for the next few months. 😺🙌🏻
We are so glad to have her with us and proud to be a part of her training.

🍹🎨 Make & Mocktail night! 🪻🐝

On Friday evening, Alana and Caitlin hosted our first ever “make and mocktail” event at The Walled Garden.
A huge thank you to all of you who came along. 🙏
We had so much fun chatting, painting and relaxing in the beautiful garden whilst drinking delicious mocktails with you all. 💚
We studied the echinops flowers and bumble bees and painted them on canvas. Everyone did such an incredible job! 😍
All proceeds made go back into our charity to support the work we do for our clients so we are very grateful for a successful first evening. Thank you all so much again. ✨

Get involved in shaping the future of care and support in your community. The Share and Care Together Tayside Tour is coming to Perth and Kinross next week and they want to hear from you.

Organised by service users, researchers, carers and staff supported by the NHS Mental Health Programme Board they are looking to listen to people, learn from shared experiences, and work together to improve mental health and learning disability care and support across Perth and Kinross, Dundee and Angus.
