How to come back from a lower back injury…

I’d say the majority of people at some stage will experience lower back pain. The severity will be mixed but it can often stem from our daily positions, muscular imbalance or even the exercises we are doing overloading muscle tissue when it’s not ready for it.
Of course, in the gym scene this is why it’s important to lift with proper form. It goes beyond just how it looks though.
Consider volume, load, breathing , bracing as well as recovery and hydration.
I can testify that your lower back going is one the most debilitating injuries and once you have had it once you learn to respect it…
Anyhow… keep lifting but learn to enjoy gradually building the load back up over months not days and be aware of the signs 🪧 when you need to pull it back a little. 🙌🏻
