Brazilian Lymphatic Stretch Reset

A new RMT signature treatment combining gentle passive stretching, traditional LMD and Brazilian lymphatic drainage techniques.

This is not just drainage on its own.

Stretching first helps prepare the tissues. Lymph flow is supported by movement, muscle contraction, breathing and gentle changes in tissue pressure.

When the hips, legs, back or shoulders feel stiff, tight or guarded, passive stretching can help create better movement through the joints and soft tissues before the lymphatic work begins.

Old injuries don’t always stay old.

An old knee, hip or ankle injury can change how you move for years.

You protect it.

Knee pain, joint pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica, fibromyalgia…

Symptoms are not always eased by one thing alone.

Research repeatedly shows that many pain and movement conditions respond best to the right mix of:

A few research examples:

Fibromyalgia: a Cochrane review of 29 studies found mixed exercise helped reduce pain by around 5%, tiredness by 13%, stiffness by 7%, and improved daily function by 11%.

Fibromyalgia strength work: supervised resistance training over 16–21 weeks improved pain by 2.5 points on a 0–10 scale compared with no exercise, and improved leg strength by around 27kg.

Knee osteoarthritis: a Cochrane review of 139 trials found exercise improved pain by around 9–13 points on a 0–100 scale and improved function by around 10–13 points.

Frozen shoulder: a large UK trial found structured physiotherapy and rehabilitation are important early options, with many people improving over time without jumping straight to more invasive treatment.

Sciatica-type symptoms and low back pain: research supports a combined approach, with manual therapy, exercise and nerve-focused movement showing short-term benefits for pain and function in some cases.
