Here are my go-to essentials for the smoothest waxing treatments:
3-STEP LUXURY WAXING SYSTEM
No Sienna X waxing treatment would be complete without their luxury 3 step waxing system, to prime the skin before treatments & soothe it after.
The first step is the Cleansing Gel, which cleanses & prepares the skin for waxing, with ingredients such as witch hazel & tea tree oil which hold antibacterial properties.
The Soothing Oil can also be used pre-treatment, to create a barrier between the wax & skin, ideal for sensitive skin or to soothe & soften the skin post-treatment.
Finally the Cooling Creme, with its uplifting peppermint fragrance, soothes the skin while also regenerating the damaged skin barrier.
All 3 products contain Sienna X’s unique DEFENSIL®-PLUS, a blend of extracts, especially formulated for waxing to protect, soothe & regenerate. The 3 step system is suitable for use on all areas of the body & are all vegan, gluten free formulations.
PEPPERMINT GELEE WARM WAX
Sienna X’s high performance wax applies thinly & smoothly, gripping on to even short, fine hairs. I use the gelee formulation as it is free from rosin & tea tree, making it ideal for very sensitive skin & causing less allergic reactions post-treatment. It is still vegan friendly & cruelty free, infused with echinacea to protect the skin.
SKIN GUARD 4 IN 1 POWDER SPRAY
This rosemary oil based product js one of the most versatile in Sienna X’s range. For waxing, it can be used as both a pre-wax powder, to create a protective barrier on the skin, or as a post-wax dry mist, to prevent chafing, rubbing & ingrown hairs.
It can also be used as a post-tan anti-rub, especially useful on hot days, and as a refreshing deodorant.
It is also great for use at home.
