There’s something powerful about this time of year.

People start thinking about what they want more of…
…and what they’re ready to leave behind.

But the truth is, most people wait until January to make a change - often when they’re already exhausted, overwhelmed or trying to recover from the whirlwind of the holidays.
You don’t have to do that.

You can begin building your foundation now, while the year is still in motion so you enter the next chapter already clearer, calmer and more grounded than you’ve felt in a long time.
And that’s exactly why I wanted to reach out today.

After 28 years in the NHS initially as a General Nurse – so my knowledge of the human body and its systems and states is there to draw on, then as a Mental Health Nurse, looking at Mental Health in wards, prisons, secure units and in the community, I have a wealth of skills knowledge and experience to draw on.

I have brought people into the world and have been there when they passed.

I’ve worked with people at there very worst and helped them to become unrecognisably better versions of themselves, in a relatively short space of time.

Have you ever wondered what an Aura is, what they mean and how to see them?

You may not realise this, but at one point in life, you sensed someone’s aura. You may have called it a “feeling” or a “vibe”. E.g. “Tom has a good vibe about him.” But the “vibe” you were talking about is actually a little deeper than you may realise. We sense someone’s “vibe” because they’re literally giving off a vibration we tune into.

Auras are the subtle energies that surround us wherever we go. They’re produced by our thoughts, actions, karma, and health. Often auras are depicted as having 7 layers of colour surrounding the body, which correlate to the 7 chakras in the spine.
