Hi All! Happy Friday!

Sunday Morning Yoga is on this weekend at Wittering Parish Hall.

I had added some QR codes onto my flyer if you wish to join my mailing list or go straight to my website to book a class.

Classes are £6 but remember you can purchase a single 5 class pass for £25 or a 2 person pass for £40. Passes are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

Hello everyone! Happy New Year!

This is a reminder that Wittering Sunday Morning Yoga starts back this Sunday, 11th January 2026 from 9am - 10am at Wittering Parish Hall.

If you are new to yoga or are wanting to try something new for the new year you are very welcome to attend, my classes are suitable for all levels of experience and can benefit some injuries.

I have now added another 5 class pass but for 2 people at £40 if you want to stay accountable and bring a partner/buddy!

Otherwise single passes are £25 per person or £6 for a single class.

Hello everyone, happy Friday! 👋🏻

This Sunday is the last Wittering, Sunday Morning Yoga session of the year! and to celebrate in style, this class will be a optional Christmas themed class! 🎄🤸🏻‍♂️🧘🏻‍♀️

So, if your feeling it, feel free to come in your Christmas jumper/leggings/hat or other Christmas attire! 🎅🏻🎄🦌

If you haven't practiced yoga before this class is beginner friendly and you are always welcome just as you are! It is a Remedial Hatha Yoga class meaning it is suitable for many injuries and is adaptable to suit a range of abilities.

Just a quick note to say there is NO YOGA this weekend or next weekend (Sunday 7th and Sunday 14th December) due to the hall being in use and me being away.

I am back for the last and only session in December for the year on Sunday, 21st December 2025, which will be Christmas themed if you wish to participate! 🎄🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♂️
