Morning All! 👋🏻

It's looking like the weather is going to be a bit wet this weekend 😢🌦

So to plan in advance, if the weather is unsuitable then Sunday morning yoga is going to be at Wittering Parish Hall starting 9am 🏠

If it is in the hall the class is £6 otherwise it's donation based if outdoors 💸

If, by some miracle the weather ends up being sunny and dry then it will be at Legg Road. 🌞🤸‍♂️

The weather will be our guide but I'm very much expecting to be at Wittering Parish Hall 🏠

It will be at either one of the locations, Wittering Parish Hall or Legg Road so if you go to one and it's not there then try the other! 🙏🏻

I hope to see some of you this weekend! 🤞🏻🍀

Please dont panic if you have never done it before, this isn't about how flexible you are but more how to help your body to support/prevent injuries and calm your nervous system. 🫁🧘🏻‍♂️

Reminiscing about the wholesome weekend it was at the Wittering Summer Festival! 🥰

I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to hold a yoga stall and all the lovely people I met on the day! 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏻

We couldn't have asked for better weather either! 🌞

Teal, orange, and cream seem to be my thing...😜

They even give me irish flag vibes 😉🇮🇪

Maybe it's my celtic roots! 🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🫶🏻

What a fabulous day it has been at Fearne Cottons Happy Place Festival!

This is the second time I've been over the years, and I still loved it as much as I did back in 2022!

It was lovely to meet , .empathictherapist and what a lovely bunch of women!

It was so lovely to meet those that came and had a wee blether with me yesterday at the Wittering Fair by Wittering Events!

Yoga is not on this Sunday, but I can't wait to be back next Sunday! (20th July) 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️🤸‍♂️

If you did want to try yoga out in the meantime before a live class I do have a YouTube channel below with some short flows you can have a look at/try to see if it resonates with you. 🎥💻

Also, I have added my last online recorded class from 28th June to my website, which you can purchase to do at home. Another great way to have a taster of a class! 💻🤸‍♂️

Lastly, if you sign up to my mailing list, I send out emails on Fridays as a reminder for classes, and I do throw in some cheeky discount codes often! 📨

(I will be adding some next week for my recorded class and newbies to my classes!) 💻
