✅ 92% compliance score – an improvement on last year’s 90%
✅ Recognises our commitment to safe, professional, person-centred care
✅ Highlights excellence in care plan creation, care notes, care activity, and adherence to best practice
✅ Completed as part of our internal auditing by Lucy Jackson, Bluebird Care (UK) Quality Manager, at the end of December 2025
