Ladies and Gentlemen, Gentlemen and Ladies…..
Thank you for your patience and space for me to raise my little one … who’s now 10months old by the way!!! WOW!!!!
I have had the most beautiful leave with Theo, Oliver and Lance and I’m very grateful for our new perfect addition!!

So I am back but I do also need to prioritise my young family at this stage so I can’t be fully back !

I currently have childcare support on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday so can offer some availability on these days! Should these not be convenient for you - please do message me (privately) and if I can juggle! I will!

I can’t wait to see my familiar faces again! Mobile and Home Visits still available,
I’ve needed to increase my prices due to economic climate and my additional qualifications…..

THE CLIMB

They say that when you’re broken
This is how the light gets in
But what if all the cracks
Are letting out the light within?

They say it makes you stronger
But at first it makes you weak
The way you face the mountain base
Before you reach the peak

They say to break is brave
And yet your mind is full of dread
You’re not overwhelmed by courage
But by helplessness instead

But admitting you are breaking
Is far braver than you know
And remember, from the bottom
There is just one way to go

See, I think they mean it isn’t just
That breaking makes you strong
But the way you use the embers
Of your will to carry on

It’s triumph over trauma
And it’s healing after hurt
It’s rising from the ashes
With a new-found sense of worth

So find yourself a candle
And allow its tiny spark
To ignite you back to life
And put the fire back in your heart

And grant yourself compassion
For the times that you feel weak
Just rest until you’re strong enough
To get back on your feet

Yes, I know that when you’re broken
You have only threads of hope
But tie them to the mountain
Like your personal safety rope

Then gather at the bottom
With the summit high above
Then take a breath and take a step
The only way is up

Celebrations are in order as I pass my Clinical Reflexology Practical Exam today with Hagar Basis Reflexology Academy

Fantastic tutoring and a lovely lovely PEER group.

I’ve learnt some fantastic skills and tools for the tool box as well as advanced my Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology knowledge! My journey is still in the early stages but I grow everyday and clients help me learn and develop my craft too!

Exciting things in the pipeline too 🤗🦶

Ladies and Gentlemen- thank you for your patience whilst I enjoy Christmas and New Year with the Family!

This week I have started back and am taking bookings until end of March 🤞🤞🤞🤞
Then I will take a short break whilst I find my feet and then will resume taking bookings later in the year 🙏

Those who are interested/ have not tried Reflexology - I am offering £20 sessions if you are happy to be a case study for my course! This is to be at my treatment room 💪
Maybe share with someone you know who might be interested also? For £20 you get a foot soak, consultation and a 40minute treatment 🙏

I look forward to the next few months and seeing clients, old and new 😘
