1. RETREAT
We've just Exited a very Busy, and for some a Chaotic Festive Season. This may have left you Feeling quite Overwhelmed & Exhausted as we enter into the a New Calendar Year.
But Remember, this is not a True New Year of our Ancestral Earthy Roots. Nature is Cyclical & Deep in our own Inner Being so are we!
The Body is still in Deep Hibernation Mode during this Wintering Season.
Now, is Not a Time for you to Rush into things. Be Kind to Yourself & Listen to your Body and its Natural Circardian Rhythms that Flow through your veins. Allow yourself Permission to Retreat into your Cave a while and Wait for Nature to begin slowly Stirring & Awakening with the Light of New Life in the coming weeks.

"New Year, New You"!
NO, its not about Reinventing yourself, its about Releasing What No Longer Serves you. The Human Brain programmes us to Cling Depserately to What we Know, because the Familiar is what Keeps us Safe when we are Stuck in Survival Mode.
