Foot Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet. This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion. The Upper back, neck, ears, scalp and face are massaged using gentle, medium and firm pressures promoting relaxation and a sense of well being. Clothing and oils are optional with this massage and it can be adapted to be done in a laying position , on a massage couch for added relaxation . Waxing is an alternative method for hair removal. At Studio: I will greet you at the door and take you to the therapy room. The Studio will have been cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival. Hand sanitiser is available for your use. We will complete your consultation and I will then ask you to get ready for your massage. Some people may find the thought of undressing for a massage daunting, but your modesty is kept at all times. I only ask you to undress to your underwear and will leave the room whilst you do so. I will only uncover the parts that I am massaging, the rest of your body will be covered by a towel throughout. For your peace of mind I take regular Lateral Flow tests and I am fully vaccinated .Please arrive clean and fresh for your appointment. I look forward to seeing you.
