The headspa room is almost ready… and I’m very close to launching our Headspa Ritual Collection. Over the past few and coming weeks I have been fine-tuning my offerings and it’s so important to me that they’re perfect for you.

The response and excitement around these treatments has honestly been incredible. They’re first launching to members only over the next few weeks as I perfect the last details.

I wanted to create a place that felt like a home from home for clients to come to and rest. A place that felt comfortable enough to leave the noise outside and relax into a full nervous system reset moment. I can confidently say that ÅBYN is that place, and it fills my heart with so much love to be receiving so many kind messages and compliments on the launch over the past few weeks. Your space to visit for regular self care 🤍

I’m almost at full capacity for evening wellness membership slots now, which feels a bit surreal to say!!

The whole idea behind my membership is that it keeps your self care consistent and takes the pressure off having to remember to book. Your appointments are planned in advance, you receive 10% (4-weekly) or 15% (bi-weekly) off treatments, priority access to the diary, first to hear, know & experience new offerings and events, plus your hot drink & little treat each visit.

It’s for the women who know they feel better when they come regularly… but life can easily get in the way.

We’re home 🥹🏡✨

After what feels like the longest journey… we’re finally in.

Boxes everywhere, cups of coffee on rotation, and a very surreal feeling of this is ours.

I can’t quite put into words how grateful I feel to be standing here, in our new home, ready to begin this next chapter as a family and slowly start building the new A Touch of Tranquility location from the ground up.

Here’s to new beginnings, muddy boots, endless family memories, and all the little moments that will make this house our home.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported, shown loyalty, and quite simply carried me through the PURE STRESS of this process 😅 we wouldn’t be here without you.

Things are happening behind the scenes. As we prepare to move home and take the next step towards my new treatment space, I’ll be spending a little time working from a temporary location for now ✨

From November 4th 2025, all appointments will be held at - Peterborough Headspa, Grosvenor Road, Whittlesey, PE7 1AQ

It’s calm, private one to one visits, easy to find with free parking, and still filled with the same peaceful energy you know and love 🤍

If you’re already booked in, I’ll be in touch soon with all the details (and a small tweak if your booking needs to shift slightly as my hours adjust).

This week I had the honour of holding space at The Mum Club Peterborough’s beautiful brunch, a morning filled with connection, conversation, and community.

Set in the most beautiful venue, amongst the most wonderful women, I offered hand and arm massages to the mums who came along - a tiny pause in their day, a gentle moment just for them. And for one lucky raffle winner, a full 90-minute treatment to melt into at a later date.

As a therapist and a mother myself, I know just how hard it can be to give yourself permission to rest. The ‘mum guilt’, the mental load, the constant juggle, it can feel relentless. And yet, carving out even ten minutes to just breathe, feel held, or be reminded of your own body in a nurturing way… it matters.

So to be part of this event, surrounded by women doing their best, showing up, sharing their truth, felt so aligned with everything my business stands for. Because at its core, my work has always been about reminding women they are allowed to slow down. They’re allowed to feel good. They’re allowed to take up space in their own lives.

If you’re a mum, or simply someone navigating life who needs a moment of stillness, my space was designed for you. A place to rest, to reconnect, to feel like yourself again… in whatever way feels most natural and nourishing to you.

Thank you to for having me, and to all the gorgeous mums who sat across from me… some with babies in arms, some with toddlers by their side, and allowed themselves a moment of self care. It was truly a joy to be there 💓

Announcement 🥹✨

June 2025 marks 5 years of running my business… and today, something new begins. I’m expanding my love for wellness - not just within the treatment room, but also towards the beautiful community of therapists around me.

I’ve officially opened my online shop, offering tools and digital products that I hope can support and inspire other women in business. And honestly, that sentence feels a little surreal to write 🥹.

This idea has been on my heart for a long time. I have countless business women in my inbox asking for advice, where’s this from, how did you do this, how do you recommend I do this… and I love to share my knowledge and advice where I can. Eventually, I hope it leads me towards teaching in person - but for now, I’ve poured so much care into something I can share virtually.

I remember what it felt like to start out… full of passion, creativity and purpose… but completely overwhelmed by the admin side of things.

No one teaches you how to write policies, set up booking systems, or create a client journey that flows. I spent a long time piecing it all together on my own, googling things I didn’t even know the name for at the time.

Over the years, with experience, trial and error, and a lot of listening, I slowly found what worked. I found calm. I found my way. But I’ve never stopped thinking about how stressful that beginning stage was.

So I followed my gut and fought off the imposter thoughts (they were loud, trust me 😅) and created the tools and support I wish I had back then.
