Hopefully everything feels brighter and easier when it is warm and the sun is out. However, this is definitely not always the case, and in fact the expectation of others that you should be able to feel better can actually add pressure and make it worse.
It is not wrong if you aren't feeling sunny in side you. However, if it has been a long while, or you struggle to find your sunny side, reach out for support. There are people there who want to support you and asking for help may be the first positive step towards a brighter you (no matter what the season).
