If I were starting Reformer classes for the first time…

✔️I’d book a beginner-friendly class - look for reformer Pilates of FitCore™️ on our schedule
✔️I’d grab a pair of grip socks — trust me, you’ll want them
✔️I’d show up 10–15 mins early to meet the machine (and the lovely instructor)
✔️I’d bring water, because yes… it burns
✔️I’d tell myself: shaking is normal, swearing is optional, and everyone was new once

And I’d remember — this is your space. No pressure, no pretzel poses, just progress.

Some of the Peterborough United boys dropped into R3FORM today and it’s safe to say, the reformer humbled them in the best way.

Pilates is a game-changer for footballers:
