NEW CLASSES:
Reformer Pilates with Grace - Wednesday at 10.30am
Blissful Yin Yoga with Ji - Friday at 6.30pm

TIME CHANGES:
Monday - Mat Pilates with Laura will change to 5.45pm
Friday evening - R3FORM will change to 5.30pm
Saturday - R3CALIBRATE with Claryn will change to 11.30am
