2nd season at Oundle ✅ 3rd rugby season done and dusted.

Unbelievably greatful for the incredible opportunities this year, to be challenged and pushed outside my comfort zone and to the amazing players and staff who keep every week so enjoyable.

So proud of what this club achieved this year.

Tomorrow marks the start of Spring marathon season and some big days ahead for several of my clients, as they take on Manchester Marathon and then next Sunday it's London!

The dedication and hard work of all of them already speaks of their victory.

It's been my absolute pleasure to work with all of my marathon runners. Have a great run, enjoy every moment and remember people can do hard things!

I can't wait to see your medals 💚

A little tuesday testimonial

This client presented with an ongoing achilles tendopathy that was aggravated specifically with running and cycling. After an assessment and consultation the client expressed his interest to run a 12 mile trail running event in 6 weeks.

With this in mind I planned an individual, specialised and sport specific rehab plan that would enable my client rehabilitate his injury as well as maintaining his cardiovascular endurance to ensure he would be in the best possible position to complete the event.

The rehabilitation plan was combined with hands on treatment including soft tissue work, ultrasound therpay and biomechanical analysis and adjustment.

This allowed for my client to complete the running event as well as have the additional education in the ongoing management and treatment of his achilles tendopathy.

Celebrated my first anniversary as a R3FORM instructor with my Wednesday 6.30am crew this morning. 10th Jan is also the studio’s birthday so a great date all round!
