so lets begin:
Sit quietly, and allow your eyes to slowly close as you take 3 slow long deep breaths, feel your body relax, and then picture the cards in your mind, take a few moments to be still focused on the cards only. Now open your eyes and choose your card or even two cards for today. Or maybe whilst you meditated for that moment you found yourself drawn to a specific card or cards.
