Back to school advice 💛

I met my forever friends at school, college, work, and when I became a mum...

The ones that have stuck around are the ones where we are able to be authentically ourselves together...💛💛

My advice would be never, ever dim your shine to make others comfortable as it will serve you well as an adult! I loved school, loved college, and had great times in jobs I worked (obviously not as much fun as i do now 🤣) cos quite honestly... I wasn't hiding who I was and was just myself!

You are needed in this world as YOU...there will ALWAYS be people that don't like YOU because what you stand for makes them uncomfortable...🤷‍♀️ and that's not your problem!

Be so unapologetically you, that your vibe discovers your tribe!

Morning GORGEOUS people...quick update for October as I've had a lot of messages (will get back to everyone tonight as I'm working today 🙏)

I will be away for competitions from 16th-29th October. If you've requested an appointment in that time you are more than welcome to travel to the sweaty sports halls that I will be living in for that time 🤣🤣 but please send me alternative dates so can get you booked in somewhere else.

I will be switching up my diary to ensure I add in extra hours elsewhere to accommodate everyone 💛

No reason behind the picture but who doesnt love a gigantic ice cream and I'm just loving the summer holidays with my girls and friends and don't want it to end 😭😭

I only have a few appointments left in September guys, please message to book as I won't be releasing any more dates as not a lot to fill now.

I will release October dates at the end of the summer holidays as I find opening my diary too early causes a few more problems for my little business. Everyone with regular slots these of course will roll forward as normal, however there is a half term at the end of October that I will need to consider. Loves yas 😘😍😍💛

Hey guys, I'm back from my time off and back at it tomorrow (just give me some time today as I'm still getting back to normality from locking the phone away).

Was my birthday whilst I was away....and this year I feel so blessed and thankful that I have such amazing GIRLFRIENDS...who sent such lovely kind words to me 🥹💛 So, so greatful for such female empowering friendships with no competition, and truth telling....those that say I get you and your Leo ways...the friends that you can have real honest conversations with, where no one is offended if there's a difference of opinion, the friends that gift you w**d defence membrane for your allotment cos they know that you're an allotment nerd and it's your happy place, the ones that appreciate how hard you both work and may only be able to catch up for a quick coffee and put the world to rights for an hour every so often, the ones that send you your favourite coloured flowers, the ones that hold you accountable when you set a goal, the ones that tell you, you deserve to have the best day, the ones that come to you in need too 💛🥹

I'm feeling very blessed and this next year will work on nurturing these positive friendships and amazing people I meet through work too🫶

We become who we surround ourselves with... and negativity is so 2024...in with the positivity darlings 😘😘😘
