Another school year done and dusted!

Time really does fly.

Raising my girls to not shrink themselves to make others feel comfortable, we need more strong and powerful women in the world, breaking down barriers and changing the narrative 💛💪

HAPPY SUMMER HOLIDAYS GUYS 😎.

Well done to all the teachers who have survived another school year. The education system really is completely broken and that's something that I'm very vocal about, yet there are some amazing educators out there trying to change that and I applaud you 🫶 bravo 🫶.

Can't wait for some time off with my babies!

I'm always apologising to people as for someone that runs a business I probably don't post on my socials enough..I'm absolutely terrible!!

But my lack of posting means I am with you working on your bodies and trying to make you feel better instead... I'd rather be in the real world with you all than online 😘

I realised that I don't post enough when one of my regulars asked what other treatments I do 😭😆.

So, absolute fail for promotion of my business and must try harder...but hopefully A+ in real life??! Love you all. I will try to keep you more informed 😘😘

💛 Cupping 💛

1 month apart...first cupping session vs second cupping session...less stagnant blood, less overall redness, less tension and inflammation.

Cupping is a great way to visually see where the congestion and toxins are sitting, enabling me to really work on those areas to improve overall blood flow, boosting energy and loosening tight muscles and adhesions.

Overall some absolutely phenomenal results from cupping...loving hearing how great it's making people feel 🫶🙌💪

It's funny when you reach the personal chapter....when all that truly matters is how happy your own little bubble is, when you realise no one else has your back quite like your little crew.

Every stage of your life is a growing and learning phase, but the contentment I feel in my "mama phase" is quite unreal....be unapologetic about living your life to suit your family 💛
