🐾💜 Next month our theme will be Pet Therapy, and what better way to get inspired than with a very special visitor at Ruckland Court Care Home today! 💜🐾

Our residents were delighted to spend time with one of our furry friends, bringing plenty of smiles, laughter, and cuddles to everyone’s day. 🐶✨

Pet therapy can have such a positive impact within our homes, helping to reduce anxiety, encourage conversation, spark happy memories, and provide comfort—especially for those living with dementia. The calming companionship animals bring creates meaningful moments and supports emotional wellbeing for so many of our residents. 💭💜

Visits like these remind us that sometimes the best kind of therapy comes with four paws and a wagging tail! 🐾

We can’t wait to celebrate all the wonderful benefits of pet therapy throughout May. 💜

We hope everyone had a lovely Easter! 💐🐣

The residents, their families, the local community and the wonderful team at Lakeview Lodge Care Home had such a fantastic time at their Easter Fete. It was so busy (the best kind of busy!) that they didn’t manage to capture many photos — but we couldn’t not share just how much fun was had! They even had a visit from the Easter Bunny.

From smiles and laughter to a real sense of togetherness, it truly was a day to remember 💛

Earlier this year, the wonderful John Partridge performed for our residents, filling the home with music and joy 🎶🎤
