Today Modulaire Group UK has completed a hat-trick of acquisitions in just over six months. Procomm Site Services Limited, based in Teesside, joins Carter and Advanté, along with Elliott in the Modulaire family.
As a significant Containex customer, Procomm is a particularly good fit for Modulaire, along with the locations of its Wilton, Warrington, Luton and Newport depots. The sale once again underlines the Group’s confidence in the UK market – great news for staff of the respective businesses.

John Campbell, Modulaire UK Group Managing Director, commented:
