A little diary update from me ✨

My wonderful partner has surprised me with a 50th birthday yoga retreat in Costa Rica (lucky me!), so the clinic will be closed from 16th–27th February while I soak up some sunshine and self-care.

To make sure you still have plenty of opportunities to book in, I’ve added some extra opening days:

Skin is smarter than we think.
And one of the biggest lessons my 40s have taught me is this…
force always backfires.

In my earlier years, like so many women, I believed skin needed to be pushed.
Stronger products. More exfoliation. Faster fixes.
If something wasn’t working, the answer felt like doing more.

What time has shown me is the opposite.

Skin responds best when it feels safe.
When it’s supported, not stripped.
When we work with it, instead of constantly trying to correct it.

Resilience doesn’t come from aggression.
It comes from consistency, nourishment, and understanding what your skin needs in this season of life.

That’s true in your 30s.
