Was great being physio for Great Britain at the U20 European Championships🇬🇧
We finished 2nd in the medal table with 13 medals:
5 x 🥇
7 x 🥈
1 x 🥉

The clinic will be closed 5th-11th of Aug, as I will be working as a Physiotherapist for Great Britain at the U20 European Athletics Championships 🇬🇧

From attending my clinic will will get the following
- COMFORT: I will always explain what I am doing, why I’m doing it and always ask consent to start my physio assessment and to touch you.
- LISTEN: The best way I can help you is the shut up and listen! Yes something is normally physically wrong with you, although social and mental factors may also be addressing the issue, so for me to understand the bigger picture of the issue I will mostly ask you open end questions and let you talk as long as you need to the explain the whole issue. I also have had training and lots of experiences with patients with disorders such a question where I will adjust my questions to get the best information I can.
EDUCATION: My goal is that a patient can leave the appointment and explain to their friends and family what is wrong and how to fix it. No need for me to explain what is wrong with complex science, I will explain it as basic as possible and reassure you understand before the appointment is finished.
TAILORED REHAB PROGRAM: I’m an international athlete and been doing exercise and sport since I can remember, so if someone tells me to do a bunch of exercises quite frequently, I’m happy to do so, although I understand we are not all like me! People work long hours, have families and may have never done exercise in the last 40 years ect! I will make sure the rehab is suitable for your lifestyle.

Physiotherapy can guide you achieve your full potential!
How the service works is not treating just your symptoms, but to treat the cause of the present complaint via a tailored patient specific plan and to explain this plan as basic as possible, so the patient actually understands what’s going on and why the plan is the way it is.
From being an a beginner athlete and slowly progressing to becoming an Olympic athlete, I had to look after my body via physiotherapy to prevent and manage injuries as well as enhancing my performance to get the best out of my body!
Although physiotherapy is for EVERYONE! If your goal is to be able to walk down the road pain free or to compete in the next Olympics games, physiotherapy can help you achieve these goals.
