Looking after your Health and Well-being has never been as important as it is today. I pride myself on offering a varied professional business that can help you do just that ! Massage and Reflexology can help promote physical and mental health improvements, release tension in the body , encourage lymphatic drainage , improve mobility , offer the chance to relax both mind and body. Fitness Classes and Group Exercise offer the opportunity to have fun , meet new people, improve fitness, lose weight & tone up, increase movement and much much more !! Since COVID-19 I have taken my classes online and I am now also offering In Person sessions where guidelines are followed to ensure safety and enjoyment combined .

Welcome

Thank you for taking time to come on to my page and Welcome to NE Mind & Body Classes and Massage.

After teaching Group Exercise for over 20years i Qualified in Swedish Massage in 2014 i then decided to embark on my Holistic journey starting my Massage business alongside my classes in 2017. I recently started my Level 3 Reflexology Training and i am currently working towards my certification which i cannot wait to complete so i can add this amazing therapy to my list of qualifications and be able to offer it to you all.

I LOVE to teach Group Exercise Classes too and you will find me in the studios at Vivacity sites or running my community classes at Leighton Primary School where i am based on a Wednesday evening and Saturday morning, if you are interested in my timetable please don’t hesitate to contact me for more information. I offer both community classes and Massage Therapies to all ages 16yrs and above and my classes based at Leighton Primary School are : Zumba and Pilates

My Massage business is currently based at Hampton Leisure Centre on Clayburn Road in Hampton where i work throughout the week with appointments available for mornings , evenings and some weekends.
