Sacred Circles I facilitate women’s circles, mother blessings, honouring circles, cacao ceremonies birthdays and any other life celebration.

I am also available for creating 1:1 or small group healing journeys or I can help create a bespoke ceremony for your needs.

A Mother Blessing is a beautiful ceremony to show the mother to be the love and support she has around her from her friends and family. A way of letting her know how loved, valued and appreciated she is and the qualities she holds as she journeys to becoming a mother or mother anew. It was so beautiful to facilitate a mother blessing for ’s second birthing journey and just being surrounded in circle listening to loving resonance is pure joy.

Tea ceremony in a Teepee in the woods? Today’s Wild Awakening retreat morning held us in sisterhood, combining connection and creativity with practical skills for some wild wellbeing woodland site. Part of tuning in for me was putting down my phone and the need to capture all the moments but a few snippets got through. Thank you to all those that joined me

As the calendar year comes to a close I end as I mean to begin. Catching moments of serenity among the busyness of life and making fires. Catching moments of gratitude and joy like the perfect view of fire, moon and a warm window of my home. Sharing ceremony and silliness- being thankful to life for the joy that this year brought us and the lessons it taught us. Or the lettuce and the tortoise whichever 😆

Having the opportunity to rest, to have time to light a fire and sit in ceremony by myself, having a chance to just sit and be and breathe. To reflect, to release and to arrive back into myself and body has been the greatest time so far this holiday. May you all be blessed with some rest over the holiday season. Even if it is just 30 secs of serenity 💚
