Taking a rare chance to get my bare feet on the Earth. In my Winter meditation spot. Soon the nettles will be too high to sit in here and usually it’s too cold and muddy to have my feet out. So taking a moment to be still, listen to the trees, the birds and the bees and notice the little changes as Spring takes over from Winter. Best start work now 😄

Join us this April in circle as we ‘co- create connection’ tuning into the energy of Earth Day and how we connect with our world, our bodies, hearts and minds. Through ritual, meditation, movement and sharing we will reflect and strengthen the power we have when we feel connected. Together we will co-create a nature mandala as a beautiful process of creation and offering. So if you feel called please bring some natural elements to add.

So today I just discovered by accident that 6yrs ago today I held my first ceremony. It was an honouring ceremony for a dear friend who was coming to the end of her life’s journey. It seems poignant as today I begin to organise another honouring for another friend. This morning I have been reflecting on the many stages our life takes, with a recent mother blessing, a birthday an upcoming bridal blessing. Each of the stages equally important and in many ways each ceremony is an honouring in different ways. We all need to know how loved, valued and supported we are as we move through life, as so often we can not see it for ourselves or truly understand the impact we have. So a big thank you to all those in my life that I know. You make an impact in my life that I love and appreciate more than I probably say 💜💚💜

During the medicine woman meditation the other night the animal that came to me was a crow to guide me through the colourful mists of the Dreamtime. When I had been practicing the meditation during the week it had been a baaing lamb. But often when I am in need it is crows that I see. Do you have a particular animal that shows up for you?
