I have learnt so much in my 8 years as a consultant, I did the diet myself when I had baby weight to lose. The massive lifestyle change which came with a new baby could have easily seen me gain more weight and not lose it. The worst triggers of weight gain were everywhere - stress, tiredness and less time to plan healthy meals BUT I lost weight simply, quickly and most importantly healthily. Our Story

Are you ready? really ready to get lighter and stay healthy? Call me, I will help you get there, through the easy times and blooming hard days :) Based in Yaxley, PE7 Cambridge Weight Plan has helped me drop 2 dress sizes 14 – 10. After having a baby I was incredibly happy inside but the outside just wasn't me anymore. Still wearing maternity clothes and happily excusing myself in tracksuits at the supermarket. A night out with friends appeared out of the blue, babysitters were available but I realised I wasn't ready for the reality of not fitting into my old clothes or trying to summon up some glamour. I needed to take action and get back to being me. Whilst going through a massive lifestyle change which could have easily seen me gain weight and not lose it- the worst triggers of weight gain were everywhere new baby stress, tiredness and less time to plan healthy meals. I lost weight simply, quickly and most importantly healthily. The amazing feeling of being you again cannot be bettered, you want to go out again, buy new clothes and generally take on the world. I want to pass on this feeling and help you through the highs and lows of your weight loss journey, it’s wonderful feeling happy and confident again.. The Cambridge Weight Plan is effective and suitable for almost everyone, whether you've only got a few pounds to lose or several stone. A flexible and effective weight loss plan that is roughly £2.40 per meal so it's also one of the most affordable! I see people on a private and confidential one-to-one basis, but am happy to see couples, small groups or travel to you if you are housebound or disabled. I work from a private office in my home in Yaxley and can offer appointments Tuesday to Saturday daytimes and evenings If you want to chat things through and learn more about the diet please just call or email.
