This week, our CEO Michelle King spoke with BBC Radio about the growing crisis in our schools for families of children with additional needs.
At Little Miracles, we support families who are doing everything they can to help their children thrive — but too often, they’re met with barriers instead of support.
In this interview, Michelle shares her personal story and the experiences many families of Little Miracles sadly face. To listen to the interview, visit the link below ⬇

The Big Little Lottery is a fantastic way to support local families of children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions whilst being in with a chance of winning some cash!
At 3pm tomorrow the UK’s emergency alert system is due to be tested. This will cause all 4G and 5G-capable mobile phones and tablet devices in the country to make a loud siren-like sound, vibrate or read out the alert even if they are placed on silent.
For children with additional needs who have sensory issues, and may find unexpected noises frightening or loud noises overwhelming, this alarm could cause some distress. There is also concern for individuals in a domestic violence situation who keep an emergency phone hidden.
To avoid the alarm going off you can simply make sure that your phone is completely turned off. Alternatively, you can disable the alerts within the settings on your mobile phone or tablet device.
To find out more and learn how to disable alerts, please see the link below. 👇
Your mobile phone or tablet may get an emergency alert if there’s a danger to life nearby. Alerts tell you what to do to stay safe.
