To meet the demand we constantly look for new team members. Healthy Care Limited currently recruits Home Care Assistants to work in our patients’ homes in Peterborough and surrounding areas.

🤔 Who are we looking for?

We look for carers who will genuinely care for those they look after. We look for passionate, patient, understanding individuals who understand the importance of this job and how they affect someone’s life.

👌 We require the person to be professional, reliable and with good manners. Some jobs will require a significant amount of stamina to support our most vulnerable clients. Clean and professional presence is a must.

Fluency in spoken English is necessary to communicate with both the client as well as the client’s family. Previous experience is not necessary but would be beneficial. We are looking for a punctual person as showing up to visits on time is one of our priorities.

🛌 Night care offered by Healthy Care Ltd is an excellent solution for those who only need a helping hand during the night. Caring for a person can be a demanding task and we understand you need to rest too in order to efficiently help your loved one during the day.

🌜 However, in some cases, the care doesn’t end at sunset. Your loved one might need to use the loo, fall asleep later, wake up early or due to, i.e. learning difficulties have trouble staying alone in the dark. We are experienced in all kinds of situations!

How does paying for care work?

After you’ve had the care needs assessment, and you've an agreed care and support plan, there will be a financial assessment, also known as a means test. This is where your local council will ask about your finances and income to work out how much you will contribute to your care.
