I've spoken to most of my amazing clients about what reflexology is but this post covers it a bit better than I've explained. 😁
If you’ve ever looked into reflexology treatments, you may have noticed a wide variance in pricing, why the big difference, you ask?
Reflexology is an unregulated field, meaning that anyone can take a short course - sometimes just an online one that can be completed in a day with no practical hands on learning, and call themselves a reflexologist.
If you’re simply looking for a relaxing foot massage, a lower-cost session might be just what you need. But if you’re seeking support for physical or emotional health concerns, clinical reflexology offers a much higher level of expertise.
As a clinical reflexologist, I’ve undergone extensive face-to-face training over more than a year, completed 120+ detailed case studies, and passed multiple in person hands on exams. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Reflexology - the highest qualification available - along with additional training in treatment planning, anatomy, physiology, and pathology to a level 4.
I specialise in:
👣 Cancer & palliative care
👣 NEPIP (NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody) only practiced by level 5 Clinical Reflexologists.
👣 Menopause support
👣 Fertility & pregnancy reflexology
👣 Anxiety & stress relief
👣 Depression management
👣 And more
While I can offer reflexology for relaxation, my passion and expertise is supporting health conditions, treating the individual, managing symptoms, delivering a treatment that enhances overall wellbeing. Supporting the body to heal itself from within.
I love what I do, and I hope this helps explain why my prices may vary to others in the area. You are not just paying for the hour you are in the treatment room but for my extensive training, knowledge, and experience. Providing targeted, therapeutic care to support your health at a clinic level.
