How I transformed in 2025 and lost 18lbs (and how you can too)

2025 has been a transformational year for me personally and I wanted to share honestly how I got into this place, and also how I got myself out of it (and the bumps along the way)

I started 2025 feeling so disconnected from my body, my mind, my emotions, and my identity.

I remember crying and feeling so lonely last Christmas.

I stopped showing up for myself and who I was.

I’ve had some of the lowest points of my life.

But I’ve also had some of the most incredible moments of my life too.

I rebranded my coaching to RISE Coaching and I’ve never felt more connected to it 💛 I created the RISE method which truly reflects on the transformation I have personally gone through and also the journey we take our clients through, so that you achieve total mind and body confidence.

And in this episode I take you through how the RISE pillars can help you also transform in 2026, so that you can get into the best shape of your life ❤️‍🔥

POV: you’ve made more progress in 3 months than you did in the first 9 months of the year ❤️‍🔥

Incredible work from our girl Georgia 👏🏼🙌🏼

When Georgia reached out to me in September she had already been going to the gym for 2 years — doing a mixture of classes and following online plans

But she wasn’t seeing the results she truly desired….

She wanted to LOOK like she actually worked out 💪🏼

With her wedding set for July 2026 she wanted to start making significant changes so that she could feel her best on the day! And we all know with weddings you need to be prepared ahead of time for that last dress fitting 👰🏼‍♀️

In just 12 weeks, Georgia has already:
👉🏼 lost 7kg
👉🏼 improved her body composition
👉🏼 increased her strength and confidence in the gym
👉🏼 ran a sub 1 hour 10km

And as a result she’s feeling way more confident when she looks in the mirror, she’s training in just her sports bras in the gym, she’s PROUD of herself 💛

I cannot WAIT to see where the next 3 months and beyond takes Georgia as we head into 2026 together 🙌🏼🫶🏼

Your reminder to put your focus into the other 51 weeks of the year and just enjoy this next week for what it is truly meant to be about ✨💛 🎄🥂

The more you overthink it, the more it’ll consume you. Honestly a few days of indulging won’t impact your progress over the past months/year so don’t stress about the small things.

Something I’ve said to my clients is to use this time to practice intuitiveness and to take a break from tracking, the scales, having to hit certain calorie targets etc and just practice being in tune with your decisions. Use this time to build more trust within yourself 🙌🏼

Those are just beliefs.

But beliefs can be rewritten ✍🏼

With the right mindset, strategy, and consistency, you CAN become any version of yourself you choose!
