We are the local voice for all community pharmacies in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We represent and support our pharmacies in a number of ways:

• communicating regularly to pharmacies about key issues
• promoting community pharmacy with other local healthcare groups
• supporting the opening of new community pharmacies
• helping develop new local pharmaceutical services

We are an elected body with committee members that reflect the make-up of the profession in community pharmacy.

It was great to meet with Dame Jenny Harries, Chair of Community Pharmacy England today at Waterbeach Pharmacy. Our Chair and Regional CPE Representative, Anil Sharma took Jenny to visit several of his pharmacies and explained the current pressures and challenges facing community pharmacy. We also talked about the many opportunities for pharmacies to do more to support their local communities.

It was great to attend the Wisbech launch event for with Bushra, the Community Pharmacy Engagement Lead for Wisbech, Fenland and South Fenland.

Baby Week is a national celebration of babies, families, and the early years bringing together health, education, and community partners to help every child get the best start in life. We really enjoyed talking to the parents about the services available in the local pharmacies including , contraception service and flu vaccinations for 2-3 years olds.
