Stuart came to us as he was having many aches and pains due to being on the road all the time on tour as well as keeping up with his fitness regime.

We was able to deal with his issues straight away leaving to at his best to perform 💥

Great to be working with Scott. One of the things we get asked often is: Is massage suitable for me with having physical restrictions and not being able to get onto a massage table?

Today Skye met Elliott who had taken on the challenge to run from Humber bridge to London Bridge over a 6 day period in support of kidney cancer
This journey is a little over 200 miles the equivalent of just over 8 marathons
A massage session was donated to help Elliott recover and get him ready for the next 3 days leading up to his final destination
