🇺🇸 ONE OF OUR OWN IS OFF TO AMERICA 🇺🇸

Congratulations to Billy Gibbs who has earned himself a soccer scholarship in the USA starting this summer 🇺🇸

Billy came through the YDP AllStars programme from 2023-2025, before taking on a full-time role as a YDP coach this summer.

Through YDP, Billy signed with YDP USA who have guided him through the process to help him on his way to the USA for what should be an unbelievable 4 years 🙌

Jacqui brings over 20 years’ experience across education, safeguarding, and youth support. After a career change into policing, she spent 16 years as a Student Support and Safeguarding Officer, working closely with vulnerable young people.

✨ We’re delighted to welcome Jacqui to YDP, where she’ll be mentoring our coaches and supporting new projects including empowHER, empowerHIM, and Alternative Provision. She brings a wealth of experience, and we’re excited for the future with Jacqui on board the YDP ship 🚢🔵

Taylor has gone from attending YDP camps as a student, to being a YDP AllStars player/student to now a full time YDP coach 🙏💙

A brilliant journey with YDP and Taylor is now a confident and very good coach who is respected by his peers, school staff and children.
